There is no shortage of standard “S” exercises including sit ups and stairs. But I do like to find ones that I am not as familiar with. The ones I had contemplated were: Stomach vacuum, sumo squats, sumo squat stretch, superman and …. last but not least, sex.

For how common a letter “N” is, there isn’t a lot of variety in “N” exercises. Many of the exercises are variations of one another and/or require machinery to complete. But there are a few options I did find: Neck bridge prone, neck-smr, and narrow squats.

Today was a tough day mentally, emotionally and physically. I had high hopes for the day, prepared to tackle some “L” exercises, but it turns out I need to give some TLC to myself instead. And so, I am going to stray a bit off track today and give myself some tender LOVING care.
